Welcome to the donation page of The Association of Youth, Children and Natural Psychology (AYCNP). We are a New Jersey non-profit that was created by educators in Newark, NJ. Our work is national in scope. We provide education and information on positive non-pharmceutical solutions in mental health. Depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, OCD, anxiety and anxiety disorders, suicide prevention, schizophrenia, as well as autism, are some of the disorders discussed. There are also several pages that discuss child abuse and abortion.
Also, we provide information on self-help, and non-supplemental therapies, such as green therapy, biofeedback and neurofeedback, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), spirituality and mental health, and how one can bring mental health disorders into remission. There are a number of pages on education and for educators.
Pages are provided for parenting, children and youth and their special needs in mental health and behavioral health. Both clients, parents, educators, as professionals in the medical and behavioral health fields will find this site of value.
08/2006 - Website Launch
The site was launched in 2006 and has undergone many changes since then.
11/2008 - The Association for Youth, Children and Natural Psychology was incorporated as a 501 c(3) not for profit New Jersey corporation.

Much can be done in the way of both self-help and professional therapies to improve one's mental health and to overcome mental health difficulties and disorders. The AYCNP provides the resources every consumer, and educator needs to accomplish this. |
